Spring detox 2027, club in Willerby

A spring reset to lose weight in Hull

A detox is first of all lighter meals.

A detox, at the club, is neither a cleanse nor a juice to drink for a week. It is a rebalancing of your eating that uses the season to lighten meals and bring back energy.

Spring produce suits it well. Radishes, asparagus, strawberries and green vegetables bring freshness and volume to the plate, for few calories.

From the first assessment onwards, we measure your progress. Weight, waist and habits are recorded at each appointment, to see what really changes.
