The details you leave in the free assessment form are used only by the Willerby Nutrition club to call you back and set the appointment. If you come from a Facebook or Instagram ad, your request and its follow-up, from call back to appointment, are reported to Meta with your details encrypted, to measure how well our ads work. They are not passed on to anyone else.

They are kept no longer than 3 years after our last contact. Whenever you like, you may ask to see, amend or erase them, by phoning +44 7961 553101 or emailing info@willerbynutrition.com.

You are also entitled to lodge a complaint with the Information Commissioner’s Office, via ico.org.uk.
